Self-Defense Seminare with Grandmaster Bang Kyung Won - 26-27. September 2009. We are organizing the Self Defense Seminare this year also with the direction of Bang Kyung Won (8. Dan Hapkido, 7. Dan Taekwondo).

The main patron of the program is: Dr. János Lázár mayor of the city of Hódmezővásárhely.

Mr. Bang Kyung Won will show a taste of techniques of Hapkido. The seminare is offered for the combatsportsmen and -women of all styles and for those who are interested in the art of self-defense. We are pressing the sensitive points of the opponent to have the maximum effect with minimal effort.

Among others the following techniques can be learnt by the participants during the seminare:
- Getting-out by grabbings on the opponent’s body and clothes.
- Getting out from hold-down situations
- To parry kicks and punches.
- Basics of protection with weapons.

During the training Grandmaster Bang will be helped by his students: Mr. Gergő Máté (Second best and third best on European Championship) and Mr. Zsolt Máté (double European champion and second best on European Championship)

Location of the seminare: Városi Sportcsarnok (Sports Court of the City), 18. Ormos Ede street, Hódmezővásárhely 6800 HUNGARY
Training time: Saturday: 10.00-17.00, Sunday: 09.00-16.00
Participation fees: One day: 25 euro, Two days: 30 euro. Under the age of 14: 20 euro.
